Welcome to my RG Technology Solutions' website!  My name is Roger Gidel, and I am the founder of RG Technology Solutions, Inc.  As with many websites, this is a work-in-progress, so please come back often to look at new information as it becomes available.

Mission

My mission, is to use my knowledge, resourcefulness, and skill to provide clients with solutions to their current challenges by using technology to reduce costs of running a business and/or increase revenue.

What makes the difference?  I am able to communicate to my clients effectively without the techno-babble that currently plagues many in the IT Industry.  Lets face it, to those that are non-technical, the acronyms and technical jargon mean nothing;  It's another language.  I communicate at the level of the recipient when I assist my clients, whether it is in person, over the phone, or through e-mail.

Company Profile

I provides many services encompassing the computer industry,  mainly using the Microsoft Windows based platform.  I also provide services for the OS/2, Macintosh, and Linux platforms.  I have been providing hardware and software services for many years using Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, Dell, Compaq, HP, Linksys, D-Link, Symbol, and many others.  I can also provide custom software development using MS Visual Basic, Access, and SQL Server.  Please go to the Services page to get an idea of the services I can provide.

I am located in Lombard, Illinois (a Chicago suburb), and have many clients located in the Chicago suburbs. I have serviced clients in other parts of Illinois and in surrounding states including Wisconsin, Indiana and Michigan.  Thanks to the Internet I have been able to provide remote services to other areas of the country, including Kansas, Texas, and Colorado.
